Because we are a retail provider of a vast array of ribbons and other embellishments that come in many colors and textures that may not display accurately on your computer monitor, we encourage you to take advantage of our ribbon sampling service before ordering cut yardage items if you are not sure if the color or texture will work for you. Understandably, we are unable to accept returns on cut yardage purchases.

- Our minimum online purchase, not including sales tax or shipping & handling charges, is 25.00
- Prices shown are subject to change at any time.
- Cut yardage items are sold in increments of 1 yard and our minimum cut is 1 yard.
Since we are unable to accept returns on cut yardage purchases, we encourage you to take advantage of our sampling service if you are unsure of the color and texture of your desired purchase. Our service is detailed below:
- Samples will be 1/8 yard (4 1/2 inches) in length
- Cost for each sample is $3.00 ($US).
- We donít offer sample on vintage ribbons or Jewel trims.
EXCHANGE & STORE CREDIT POLICY
- EXCHANGE POLICY: We want you to be completely happy with your order. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will gladly accept your exchange of unused or defective merchandise within 7 days of original purchase. However, please note that there is a 15% restocking fee for all returns. NO EXCHANGE ACCEPTED AFTER 10 DAYS. Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges (outgoing and incoming). Returned merchandise must be in the original packaging and be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned. All returns must be unused and in original packaging for a exchange or store credit to be issued. Please allow 14 days for the processing of your return.
- Our exchange and store credit policy is the same for in store, phone orders and online line ordering purchases.
- STORE CREDIT ONLY is issued for all authorized exchanges. The store credits are valid for 90 days from the date the store credit is issued.
- We do not issue returns or credits to your credit card.
- We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on : cut yardage ribbon, hats, feathers, rolls of ribbon, special orders, custom made items and sale items.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges (outgoing and incoming).
